The location is great, close to all the main cultural attractions. You will easily enjoy Zadar on foot as everything is 5-10 minutes walk away. Note that the apartment building is over 100 years old with and old staircase, no elevator. Please read the reviews before booking. I am renting a recently renovated flat close to the Church of St. Donat at Poluotok (200 m). The flat has a lot of natural light and the waterfront promenade is right next to the flat (the Riva). The flat has everything that you need, you just need to come, and enjoy a sunset at the pier or the Sea Organ close by!
