It has a large room with a double bed, a kitchen with a fridge and a small stovetop (no oven no cooking), and a modern bathroom. Air-condition, geothermal cooling. The studio, which consists of the elevated basement of a detached house, has an independent entrance, 8 steps below the ground, in the back yard that has view to the mainland of Aigina. The pool in the front yard is not available for the guests.

This is a wonderful traditional house in the center of Aegina, built in the 19th century and completely renovated in 2024, preserving and highlighting its architectural elements. It is located opposite the Metropolitan church, within the historical center of Aegina, in a quiet and welcoming neighborhood. It is only a 5' walk from the port and next to the local market. The place is ideal for families as well as for couples and mini groups.

A 70sqm house with a bed room, livingroom with fire place, kitchen and w.c with shower. It is located in a cottage of 4.300 sq meters full of olive trees. It is propter for a couple and 3 children or 3 persons and 1 child, or 4 adults. Iti is a relaxing place. In the village and the places around, anyone can ride bicycle and enjoy walking. You can reach the Monastery of Agios Nektarios walking in about 30 minutes.

The house is located near Myli harbor in AGISTRI and at the end of the village center 2 minutes walk from the sandy beach, grocery store, bakery and bike rental shop. The cottage IS 1.3 Km away from the town port and it is surrounded by a beautiful garden. It is one of three houses of the estate. I made my house to be my sanctuary. I took personal care of every single detail, in order to relax any time I come from Athens where I live. The beaches begin after 1.5 km away. There is a mini market at 50 m distance. The cottage is quiet and relaxing.
