The hand-carved stone from which is built the house will immediately attract your attention, giving the impression of an imposing building. Welcome to Kourkoula House, a little piece of heaven in Monemvasia, Greece. The traditional house is one of the oldest buldings of the greater area of the Castle of Monemvasia. Located just above the first port of the area named "Kourkoula", it has now turned into a very hospitable place. Das Haus Chaliki ist Teil eines Neubaus bestehend aus vier Reihenhäusern. Dieses aus Stein gebaute Eckhaus liegt sehr ruhig, etwas abseits vom Ort Poulithra und hat keinen Durchgangsverkehr. Der wunderschöne Strand der St. George Bucht ist nur 60 Meter Fussweg entfernt. Alle Häuser haben einen eigenen Eingang und sind in eine Parkanlage mit alten Olivenbäumen eingebettet. Von überall her hat man einen fantastischen Blick auf das Meer.
