The apartment is 85 squared meters recently renovated (10th of JUNE 2021) with 2 very comfortable bedrooms and a nice living-dining room. It has one big wide balcony and one small that offers an infinite view of the Aegean sea. There is also one parking spot. The place is 5 min walking time to the beach (Agios-Ioannis,Papa Nero). Our place is very beautiful,quiet and relaxing, and its located close to everything. You will love the unique view and the natural environment around apartment.

The kitchen is fully equipped. The living room is comfortable and has a sofa that becomes a double bed, TV & Wi-Fi. The yard is spacious and has two areas to enjoy your breakfast under the shade of the trees. It has air conditioning. It is located next to the municipal Parking.

Ο χώρος μου είναι κοντά σε υπέροχη θέα, παραλία, εστιατόρια και χώροι εστίασης και τέχνη και πολιτισμός. Λόγοι που θα σας αρέσει ο χώρος μου: η θέα, η τοποθεσία, οι άνθρωποι, το περιβάλλον και ο εξωτερικός χώρος. Ο χώρος μου είναι κατάλληλος για ζευγάρια, δραστηριότητες για ένα άτομο, επαγγελματίες ταξιδιώτες.Όσο για τα κατοικίδια μόνο μικρά δεν επιτρέπεται να τα αφήνετε μόνο τους στο σπίτι και χρέωση είναι 10 € ανά μέρα.

Marleen house is an old, traditional stone house build in 1928 in Pelion, Tsagarada, one of the most beautiful destinations in Pelion. It is located in a quiet spot, viewing the Aegean sea. Our shaded garden is the best spot from which to watch the sun rising from the sea! It is in the center of the village, next to the famous “Skala” bar and close to the local market, restaurants, and cafés.
