The Downtown House is steeped in all the flavor and festivities of our growing community. Built in 1873, our quirky home boasts fast internet (360Mbps) and amenities for an extended stay. We are steps away from the charming streets of Downtown Laramie and it's thriving restaurants, breweries, unique shops, farmers' market and historic train depot. The University of Wyoming is less than a mile away. This is a great landing spot for those hoping to immerse themselves in the Laramie community.

This comfortable, quaint home is nestled between Washington & LaPrelle Park (Huck Fin kids fishing pond). When you stay at this centrally-located place, you'll have walking access not only to the 2 best parks in Laramie, but also War Memorial Stadium & the Arena Auditorium, UW Plaza & more. Just about a 5 minute drive any direction will take you to Downtown Laramie, Walmart, The Fairgrounds, The University of Wyoming Campus or Aragon Softball Complex. Park with playset for the kids on the next block. Free and secure community laundry room. There is another unit above you; you may hear people occasionally but the floor between is engineered to minimize sound.
