Located on a lifestyle block this private unit has everything you need and is only 5 minutes drive to Three Parks or 10 minutes into the heart of Wanaka. Location is between Wanaka and the airport, only a minute or two drive to the lavender farm. The unit is attached to our shed, it has 1 bedroom, bathroom and an open plan kitchen/dining/lounge with excellent indoor outdoor flow. Owned by a young family, please make sure you’re ok with hearing kids and sounds that come from a rural environment

Kick back and relax in this calm and quiet, stylish space, two minutes walk to Reserve and ponds. The studio is private from Host and has its own access and sunny patio deck. Step straight out onto the bike and walking track with access to the reserve and the Clutha river. Check out White Rabbit coffee cart and fresh donuts just up the road. Local amenities, takeout, groceries, Pembroke Patisserie and laundromat close by. A few minutes drive to the Three Parks Retail Park and Lake Wānaka.

Enjoy peace and privacy in a unique self-contained space with panoramic views of the Clutha River and surrounding mountains. As there is no wifi available its a great place to disconnect. Situated at Queensberry Hills we are a 20 minute drive from Cromwell and Wanaka and 60 minutes from the Queenstown airport. There are numerous vineyards in the area to enjoy a glass of local wine. If you enjoy walking there are a couple of tracks close by where you can enjoy the river or a good hill walk

Great views to sit and relax in evening, can look out of window and see ski area in winter, quiet, simple, comfortable. Wanaka WOW

Sunny warm spacious upstairs apartment with incredible mountain and lake views from the unit and its deck. Extremely quiet peaceful area, one street back from lake, 5 mins drive from town centre. 200m walk to lake for swimming and access to walking/cycling trails. Best suited to people wanting a modern , immaculate space in a prime lake location with jaw dropping view. Also suitable for families as huge 1400m section with large lawn.

The Little Stone Cottage

Self contained detached stone cottage. Immaculately presented, the cottage is very private and has magnificent garden, mountain and lake panoramic views. Large bedroom upstairs with a super king bed and a small en-suite. Downstairs is the living room with a kitchenette. The cottage is located in a quiet neighbourhood, 4km from the town centre and 500m from Penrith Beach. Walking, hiking and mountain bike trails are all close.
