Το Theta είναι ένας πέτρινος ξενώνας 60 τ.μ., λίγα μέτρα από την πλατεία της Στεμνίτσας. Χτισμένο το 1867, είναι το «κατώι» (ισόγειο) μιας παραδοσιακής χωριάτικης κατοικίας. Ένα ευρύχωρο σπίτι με θόλο, που ανακαινίστηκε πλήρως το 2022 και φιλοξενεί έως 4 άτομα. Έχει 1 WC και ξεχωριστό χώρο με ντουζιέρα-υδρομασάζ. This is House 1 and we all it Petres (after the greek word for stones) A 150m² villa with a private swimming pool and a spectacular view of the Saronic gulf. Enjoy the view of sea and coastline while you wake up, from our 4m high bedroom windows.

Agroktima Farm Cottage

Situated at the foot of Mount Parnon, Agroktima guesthouse is surrounded by a lush green garden and consists of ten farm houses, samples of the Tsakonian architecture. Unprocessed stone, wood and iron have been harmoniously put together, creating a unique setting. The traditional furnishings, the wooden ceilings, the handmade needlework, the country-style fireplace and the stone-paved courtyard add to the houses a rustic charm.

Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.

It is a stone tower located at the foot of Taygetos with a unique view of the Messinian Gulf. The 200m² house seems to harmonize with the natural landscape of the area designated as Natura. The tower consists of 3 bedrooms with closets , 1 master bathroom, 2 WC, kitchen with dining area, living room with fireplace. As a heat source it uses central oil heating as well as air conditioners.
