This private apartment with a walk out deck is located on the lower level of our new construction, Green Built home. Conveniently located in the Kenilworth neighborhood of Asheville, we are 1.5 miles from the Biltmore Estate entrance and 1.5 miles from downtown. We are near many local breweries, restaurants, and shops and have many great outdoor adventures nearby. Guests must be able to walk an exterior staircase to access apartment.

Our private guest suite is located within our home but has a separate, secure front entrance. We do not share this space, our suite is entirely for our Airbnb guests.
