The apartment locates in the heart of the city in the historical monolit building. Nizami street is just a steps away. Face to Face Old Town. All sightseeings are in a walking distance. It has 2 balconies - one looks directly to the walls of Old Town, sometimes which weather is clear you are able to see the sea as well- also it looks to F1 race road - Istiglaliyyat street. As apartment is in historical building, there is no elevator, it is in 4rd floor, you need to climb the stairs by yourself.

До ул.Торговой 20-25 минут пешком, до метро Низами 20 минут пешком, до ж/д вокзала - 15 минут. Общая площадь квартиры 120 кв. метров. Централизованная горячая вода в здании - постоянно.
