We have a large yard that is perfect for family BBQs, watching the kids play, and for enjoying a lovely sunset while sipping an evening cocktail. We are minutes away from Downtown Traverse City, Suttons Bay, Leland Fishtown, multiple beaches, Sleeping bear dunes, Empire, Breweries, Wineries, and Moomers ice Cream.

Built in 2019, this home has a covered front porch and a elevated back deck overlooking a yard that will be filled with games, including horseshoes and cornhole. After enjoying what Northern Michigan has to offer, come back to relax and recharge in the privacy of your own home. Have a drink by the bonfire in the back yard, grill out and plan your next days adventures.

The Bird & Vine Cottage in Leelanau County, Mi.

A beautifully appointed cottage in the middle of Michigan's Leelanau county wine country. Suttons Bay is five minutes away and downtown Traverse City is 10 minutes. The Leelanau bike trail is just down the road for all of you bicycle enthusiasts. Our place is a great central point for excursions to Sleeping Bear Dunes, Kayaking on the Crystal River, having a meal in historic Fishtown, wine tasting, ciders and breweries and so many more unique things to do on the Leelanau peninsula.

Charming Waterfront Haven on West Bay

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This two bedroom (both King beds) 2.5 bath ranch over looks west bay with private beach to have some fun in the sun. Full kitchen living room (65” TV) and dining room areas to enjoy. Finished basement with pull out couch, Futon and 50” TV. Spacious back yard with fenced in area and fire pit. The Beach house can accommodate 6 adults and up to 6 children. Doc seasonally from mid-May through Oct 1. STR license # 2026-04

Originally built as a church in 1888, this historic property has been transformed into a charming and carefully reimagined home. Centered between Lake Leelanau and Grand Traverse Bay, and in the heart of Leelanau wine country, it’s less than 10 miles from both Traverse City and Suttons Bay. You’re close to wineries, beaches, Sleeping Bear Dunes, trails, and farm-to-table dining. The Leelanau Trail is just 200 yards away for easy biking and hiking.

Modern inspired cabin situated along M22 between Traverse City and Suttons Bay. This custom-built home offers sunrise views over West Harbor Bay and private beach access across the street. Minutes from the best wineries and restaurants the north has to offer. The bright interior and vaulted ceilings create a warm space to gather. The cabin sleeps 6-8 and offers unique built in beds and outdoor shower for a rinse after a long day at the beach.
