Rødhættes Hus er et lille bitte hus, som ligger fredfyldt og idyllisk ved Kovad Bækkens bred, i en lysning midt inde i Rold Skov og med udsigt til engen og skoven. Kun et stenkast fra den smukke skovsø St. Øksø. Det perfekte udgangspunkt for vandre- og mountainbike ture i Rold Skov og Rebild Bakker eller som et stille ly i skovens ro, hvorfra livet kan nydes, måske med musvågen svævende over engen, egernet pilende opad træstammen, en god bog foran brændeovnen eller hygge i bålets skær i natten.

Dette eksklusive hus er bygget med respekt for naturen, så det passer perfekt ind i de unikke omgivelser. I kan endda nyde udsigten over Vesterhavets blå vand og brusende bølger, for stranden ligger blot få hundrede meter væk. Planløsningen består kort fortalt af et lækkert badeværelse og et ditto soveværelse til to personer. Yderligere to personer kan sove i køjesengen, der ligger i en afskærmet niche i det flotte opholdsrum, som også byder på en spiseplads, polstrede bænke og et åbent køkken.

Cozy new summerhouse located only 10 minutes walk to a perfect beach and the lovely city center of Blokhus were you find lovely restaurants and good shopping. The house is designed so two families can life there together with 2 bedrooms and one bathroom in each of the ends. It is equipped with everything you need so you as a family can enjoy your stay. Denne luxus villa ligger i gåafstand fra Blokhus centrum og med kun 5 minutters gang til standen (300m). Der er langt til nærmeste nabo, hvilket gør at man i den grad nyder en speciel ro og stemning i huset og man kan være ugeneret udenfor på de velplacerede terrasser, som omkranser huset fra solopgang til solnedgang og der er altid et perfekt spot til at nyde solens varme stråler i læ for vinden og med Vesterhavets lyd i baggrunden.
