Unwind and relax in this cozy little guest space, located in southern Ohio. The main area is a small kitchen/dining/living area combined. The kitchen has a fridge, 2 burner electric stove, coffee maker, teapot, and other essentials. 1 bedroom with queen bed and full bath. The entire space is for guests. There is a locked door and hallway between the apartment and the remainder of the house, where the owner lives. It is our goal to provide a clean and comfy place for you to stay!

So bring cameras, binoculars, fishing poles, and walking shoes/boots for the 2 miles of trails for a truly memorable visit. Soak up time in the the outdoor hot tub on the porch, or sitting on the covered deck watching the water flow past. A private entrance to a quiet space. Enjoy a fully furnished apartment just outside of small town Sabina. A grocery store 1/2 mile from the apartment with local attractions in nearby towns. We are located approximately 10 miles from Washington Court House , OH and 12 miles from Wilmington , OH. A local bike trail with access to it several different places in Sabina.

We love hosting families. If you are traveling with your kiddos, we don't charge extra for children 16 and under. We are a pet free rental.
