Absolutely NO SMOKING in the Cabin A Double bed, with storage underneath, single CHAIR bed, TV, fridge, microwave, kettle, airfryer, toaster, dishes, etc, WC & shower. NO hob or oven. Towels, bed linen, usual necessities provided Heating; oil filled radiators. Nice river side walk into town. Off road parking, room for bikes.

Little yurt

A beautiful little yurt, sleeps 2, either a double or twin. Set next to a bubbling stream on a working lakeland sheep farm. On the findge of the Wasdale valley on the western side of the lake district. Ideal for a cozy romantic get away or base for exploring the amazing area. The yurt DOESN'T have any electricity in but it does have a lovely little wood burning stove and you have access to a mini kitchen in the utility room a short distance away . Beds are made with linen and throws. Supper cozy

Nook ( Carsluith holiday lodges) is a beautiful off- grid spacious lodge with a wood fired hot tub and stunning views across the Cree estuary. It is completely off grid so no tv or sockets only usb charging points in the bedroom. The lodge is pet friendly (max 2 medium dogs) for free sits in its own grassed fenced area on our 12 acre smallholding . We are situated close to the Galloway forest which is the famous for its starry dark skies and also has great mountain biking and walking close by.

The Granary is situated on our small working farm with stunning views over Wigtown Bay. Sleeps 2/4 with twin or double bedroom downstairs, single/double bed can be provided in lounge. Small child friendly, travel cot, high chair etc available. Short drive to beaches, Galloway Forest, hills and coast. Five minutes from Wigtown, handy for the Book Festival. Great for bikers, cyclists, walkers, bird watching or relaxing. One well behaved dog welcome, please advise us before arrival.

'Courtyard Cottage' is situated in a courtyard - previously stables and tastefully converted to a high standard. Easy driving distance of the A74(M), with good rail & bus links. The cottage provides the ideal base to enjoy the many cultural and outdoor activities available in the area. Plenty of lovely walks, sailing, fishing, wild life and great night skies. Perfect to kick back and relax after a day of exploring the many attractions and scenery. parking is available.

Alma Cottage is a charming 19th century Galloway Roadmans cottage in the picturesque village of Borgue, 5 miles from Kirkcudbright. With miles of coastline to enjoy; walking, cycling, and wildlife enthusiasts will be in their element in rural Galloway, as Alma Cottage provides a perfect retreat to escape from life’s fast pace. The surrounding area boasts attractions such as the 7 Stanes mountain bike trails, Laggan outdoor, Cream ‘O’ Galloway & many castles to mention a few.

In coastal woodlands, The Isle Cottage, is just ten minutes walk into ‘Scotland’s Artists’ Town’s culture and culinary delights, yet a world away - the ultimate rural riverside retreat. Set on St. Mary's Isle peninsula - which juts out into KirkcudbrightBay - each bed has views of the River Dee in this modernised historic cottage. You can watch the fishing boats head out to sea for their catch, whilst deer and pheasents roam the landscape on your doorstep.

The Bothy is a modern self-contained studio adjacent to our home. An old stone bothy converted in 2017, the accommodation offers a private open plan space with it's own entrance, patio garden and parking. Situated on a smallholding looking out to sea in a beautiful region on the Solway coast, secluded beaches and coves are only a 15 minute stroll and the artists town of Kirkcudbright a short drive away. We offer a 15% discount for weekly stays.
