The Lodge at Stone Bay

The dog and family friendly spacious Lodge was the Matrons house in the grounds of an infirmary, now a special school for pupils with autism.. the Lodge has a lounge with a double sofa bed, separate dinning room & separate kitchen and utility area. Upstairs there are two bedrooms- one king and one twin bedroom along with a dedicated office area and a spacious bathroom. There’s a secure small gated garden & onsite parking. It’s very close to Stone Bay beach, & a 10 minute walk to Broadstairs.

Baydream Studio is a self-contained private and beautiful space built onto the side of our house. It has fabulous direct seaviews and a balcony. You can be on the sandy beach in just 2 minutes, which has a Seaside Award meaning it is one of the best beaches in England. The Studio is comfortable, spacious, light and airy. Far enough out of town to be peaceful but only a 10 minute level walk along the cliff top to the vibrant town centre where there are plenty of restaurants, cafes and pubs.

Location: Situated in a scenic area, this delightful bungalow is only a fifteen minute walk from Joss bay beach and Stone Bay, two of Broadstairs’ finest beaches, and within easy walking distance from central Broadstairs and the train station. It is very near to the North Foreland Golf Club, the Lighthouse and public footpath through Elmwood Farm, overlooking fields with horses. The ground floor has plenty of space for storage & relaxing - with a boot room, lounge and a dining /work space in the cellar. On the first floor, there are two good sized bedrooms which can sleep up to 5 (one double bed & one triple bunk, although, top bunk only suitable for children). Wardrobes in both bedrooms. Bathroom located on the ground floor. Wifi and private garden.
