We are steps away from the most popular beach in NYC in the best location possible. The apartment sits across from the 97th St boardwalk concessions, offering a delicious variety of food, live music, and dancing. More food/bar options, surfboard rental, the A train, and the Ferry are only a short walk away. In the warmer weather, the balcony is perfect for dinner and drinks. I live in the apartment as well and will be here during your stay but work long hours so you won't even notice I am there.

Amazing Peaceful Stay by the Beach – OCD Level Clean, strong water pressure. Manhattan skyline view, 30 minutes from JFK airport, 45 Minutes from Manhattan by car or transportation. Every detail is cared for with love. This cool rooftop bedroom listing is located on the top floor of my home. It is very spacious and comfortable; there are two balconies located on the opposite end of the room. This is a unique and alternative to expensive Manhattan accommodation. Enjoy!

Supermarket walk in 7 minutes. You can fish and swim here. The best part is watching the sunrise and sunset. 7 minutes' drive to the train station. shuttle for a reasonable fee. The room has Wi-Fi, TV and fridge and microwave.

My Space by the Beach

My spacious 2nd floor apartment is located 1 block from the ocean. A 5 minute walk or $5 cab to all the west end nightlife. A $5 cab to the train station that goes to NYC. You have an ocean view from the front windows. The south side deck can be used for BBQing. I can provide a grill and outdoor table w/ chairs. The building is quiet and the tenants are friendly. You will not regret staying in My Space by the Beach!

Our beautiful and clean beach house is 4 houses off the Long Island Sound where you will enjoy private beach rights. The house is filled with everything your family will need to be comfortable during your stay. There are plenty of toys, ride on toys, and sports equipment for indoor or outdoor play as well as everything needed for cooking. Our house is also walkable to many stores and restaurants.

Steps to the beach! Park your cars and leave them behind while you live the beach life. Walk to the beach for a morning swim, come home for lunch then back to the beach for a nap. Head back for a cocktail, wave watching and sunset on your private upper deck. Walk down the street to a myriad of restaurant choices. Return home, open the windows and listen to the waves crash. Repeat as needed.
