We renovated this 1970s cabin from the ground up and designed it to feel open and connected to the landscape. With 20-foot vaulted ceilings, massive picture windows, a fireplace to curl up next to, and just minutes from some of the most stunning lakes in the state, it’s the perfect home base for exploring or doing nothing at all.

Rustic 2 room cabin-12mile to TC, 1m to ER

Rustic cabin originally built in 1951, less than a mile from Elk Rapids and 12 miles from downtown Traverse City! Boat launches and beaches in every direction. I want to reiterate the rustic aspect. The cabin is old. The tile is marked in places, the carpet weathered. The places has..character. Modern inspired cabin situated along M22 between Traverse City and Suttons Bay. This custom-built home offers sunrise views over West Harbor Bay and private beach access across the street. Minutes from the best wineries and restaurants the north has to offer. The bright interior and vaulted ceilings create a warm space to gather. The cabin sleeps 6-8 and offers unique built in beds and outdoor shower for a rinse after a long day at the beach.
