Located in a very center, only 30 meters from the Sofia free tour’s start point and 50 meters from the Vitosha blv and St. Nedelya church. This area provides all kind of shops, restorants, bars, cafes and etc. The apartment is really quite, although it is on the main center of the city. You’re always welcome to knock on my door for advice about Sofia’s night- or day life, I’m glad to help.

There are a couple of entertainment areas like the music room on the 3rd floor or the pool table lounge on the 1st. There is a private spa zone with a sauna. Our kitchen is fully equipped for short and long-term stays. On the outside, there is a swimming pool, BBQ, and many areas for relaxation and fun.

Villa "Kolokita"offers you a 360 degree sea view. There are 2-bedrooms,2-bathrooms in the house. You can enjoy your morning coffee at our veranda or one of the two balconies with incredible view.
