Kitchens are fully stocked with large refrigerator with ice maker and craft ice, dishwasher, gas stove, microwave, blender, toaster oven and Keurig coffee maker. (Bring your own K-Cups) Relax on Adirondack chairs at the outdoor patio area with a gas fire-bowl and gas stainless steel bbq for cooking. A large 30 foot deck with rocking chairs is perfect for enjoying unobstructed Hill Country views.

Bright and sunny, this unit can accommodate two adults on queen bed and 1 adult or up to two children on euro-sofa, which folds flat. Private entrance and parking. At your leisure, explore our 5 acres with hundreds of oak trees and abundant wildlife. Keep your eyes and ears peeled for deer, fox, turkey, opossums, coyotes, owls, road-runners and raccoons.

You’re 10 minute drive from the Guadalupe river State Park 30 minutes away from Canyon late. 30 minutes from six flags 50 minutes from Sea world and 45 minutes from Schlitterbahn.
