This Cabin is quiet yet convenient to local shops and restaurants in Smithville. The cabin has a covered porch in back with a beautiful wooded view and a hot tub to enjoy no matter what the weather. You can enjoy nearby hiking, fishing and boating from our cabin. Lake access is within 20 min for marinas Hurricane, Hidden Harbor, or Sligo. A camera is located at front door for security purposes. I have restricted my listing to only family's and couples. Need to have 2 adults who are 25 years age.

Our Tiny home sits right on Center Hill Lake at Mine Lick Creek. You can hike, ski, kayak or launch your boat from directly behind the house! Cookeville Boatdock is a short drive away, or a 10 min boat ride will take you to Hurricane Marina…both full service marinas! We are 25 min from I-40 at Baxter exit 280, and Cookeville exit 286. Hike or Kayak up to waterfalls at Burgess Falls, Window Cliff, or any one of the area’s many State Parks! So come out & enjoy a great time with us here on CHL.

Features 3 bedrooms, a loft with 4 twin beds, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, a board game closet, charcoal grill, a smart TV and fiber/gig speed internet. Central heat/air and city water/sewer. **NEW KITCHEN APPLIANCES AS OF JULY 2025** NOTE: We do NOT have cable or satellite TV, only streaming services.

This cabin is everything you need for your next vacation! It is located in a quiet rural country area where you can see the stars at night and green pastures in the day. The studio apartment next door is separate from the cabin.
