Charming Seaside House in Forio The house is just a short distance from Forio’s port, easily reachable by taxi in just 5 minutes or by bus, with a stop only 2 minutes away on foot. For those who prefer to drive, a free parking spot for small vehicles is available. ⚠ To access the accommodation, you need to go down an external staircase with 20 steps. The descent is simple and safe, but we mention it in advance to ensure full transparency for all our guests. This two-level property, approximately 120 sqm in size, also features a spacious terrace and a balcony with stunning sea views. The bright apartment offers sea views from every room and is situated in a peaceful, natural setting. It includes: Private Entrance 3 Bedrooms 3 Bathrooms Living Room Kitchen Balcony Terrace Lower Floor: THE FIRST BEDROOM features a new, comfortable double bed, a two-door wardrobe with wooden hangers, a sea-view desk with a chair, and a private router for optimal Wi-Fi connectivity, perfect for remote work. The room is equipped with bed linens, extra pillows, and both a spring and winter blanket. Adjacent to this room is a bathroom with a walk-in shower, towels, soap, shower gel, shampoo, and toothpaste. UPPER FLOOR : A few steps up leads to the living room, which offers a full sea view. This area includes a comfortable sofa bed, a smart TV, air conditioning, a fridge with a freezer, a dining table for 6, and a large cupboard with all necessary cooking utensils including cutlery, pots, and glasses. The living room also has a small sea-view kitchen equipped with a large oven and cooking essentials (salt, oil, sugar, coffee, pepper, vinegar), and a cabinet with laundry and cleaning supplies. Next to the living room are TWO MORE BEDROOM, each with a new, comfortable double bed and breathtaking views of Cava dell'Isola. THE FIRST BEDROOM is furnished with a four-door wardrobe and bed linens, with an adjacent bathroom featuring a shower cabin. THE SECOND BEDROOM is spacious and has a four-door wardrobe; it can accommodate an extra cot if needed for a seventh person. This room also includes a private bathroom without a shower but with a bidet and towels. ADDITIONAL COMFORT: Air conditioning is available IN ALL ROOMS THE TERRACE , accessible from both the living room and bedrooms, is the highlight of the house: an outdoor area with a sea view, featuring a table for 4/8 people, new cushioned outdoor sofas, sun loungers, a beach chair, and a barbecue. Next to the terrace, a balcony with a fountain is equipped with a bucket, broom, and dustpan. Art enthusiasts will enjoy the paintings displayed throughout the house. Additionally, a private path near the house leads quickly to the famous Cava dell'Isola beach. The entire house, terrace, and balcony are for the exclusive use of the guests.

Inside the living room, with its big window on the sea, you’ll find a double sofa bed, two armchairs, dining table, TV and Air Conditioning. The big spaces and the smart disposition of the villa allows you to easily set up lunch and dinners both inside and outside the property, where you can enjoy unforgettable sunsets on the sea. La casa è a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro storico di Forio d'Ischia, sulla spiaggia della baia di San Francesco. Nelle immediate vicinanze parcheggio, fermata autobus, stazione taxi, supermarket, ristorantini, bar e negozietti tipici. The bus stop for Forio is just 200 meters from the house while the one to reach the other places on the island is just over 600 meters. Daily trips from the port of Forio leave for boat trips to the nearby islands or to the mainland The Villa is located not far from the center of Forio and the touristic port. It can accommodate up to 7 people. The exclusive location allows easy access to the island's most beautiful and significant attractions, such as the Negombo Spa, the Poseidon Spa and the La Mortella gardens. Bars, restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance. The beautiful town of Forio it’s just 2 km from the villa is: with its narrow streets, craft shops, restaurants and clubs, it’s definitely a place to be in the island. Don’t forget to visit the famous Chiesa del Soccorso and the Torrione, and enjoy a pleasant day at the Poseidon spa.

It is near the ancient Villa Zavota which now is known as Villa Parodi Delfino. Giuseppe Garibaldi, stayed there in 1884 to recover with the aid of the thermal waters from the wounds suffered during the battle of Aspromonte. The newly-builted 40m2 home is located in Marina Corricella, a pedestrian area easily reachable, 7mt from the sea. To reach the house, there are 2 sets of staircases for a total of 30 steps. From the small terrace you can overlook the arrival of fishermen' boats. Nearby there are restaurants, bars, icecream shops and local handicraft shops. Chiaia beach is reachable by feet (20min) or by taxi boat service. In the spring/summer passengers transport by hydrofoil from Sorrento to Procida are active

L'ampio terrazzo panoramicissimo, dal quale ammirare il porto di lacco ameno e il suo "fungo", è attrezzato per potervi cenare e sdraiarsi al sole. Basta scendere le scale di casa per avere tutto a disposizione; spiagge, fermata bus, taxi, parcheggio, supermarket, bar, ristoranti, shopping, e a meno di 1km la splendida baia di S. Montano e il Museo di Pithecusae.

My House is in centre, but in a quiet street, in few minutes you are in square, on the beach, on the port and on bus stop. The house leaves aghast because is much more beautiful live than in pictures! This is a great satisfaction for me. Crossed the road,you can get a ferry-boat or hydrofoil to visit the isles of Capri and Procida that are not very far from Ischia or,if you want,you can organize a visit to Pompei (the famous archeologic place). 3 bedrooms with air conditioning
