This is a Christian home, located equal distance from Springfield, MO and Branson, with 30 minutes either direction. We are about 5 miles from Trail Springs mountain bike park. We are 15 minutes from Ozark Mill project and downtown area. We are 10 minutes from great hiking trails at Busiek State Park, (URL HIDDEN) and many other hiking opportunities within 30 minutes. Our place is perfectly situated between the two! This newly constructed private retreat space is conveniently located between between Springfield and Branson. Enjoy relaxing on the spacious deck overlooking the woods, book a blacksmithing or enameling class with us, or use our place as a base while you explore Springfield or Branson.

Entire home, central Nixa

Our cozy house in the center of Nixa. It is located between Branson & Springfield. We are walking distance to the center of Nixa. We hope you enjoy this clean and comfy home as much as we did. Fireplace is decorative only. We are not the hosts that “pop in,” however we are only a message away. We have a ring camera that records externally only By booking or staying with us, you (and others in your party)agree to financially indemnify us for any incidents or accidents that may occur.

Cottage at Old Wire

Early check-in and late check-out are offered for a fee. The fee for an early check-in is $15. The fee for a late check-out is $15. For both the total is $30. A private cottage situated on 22 acres. Perfect retreat for a getaway, bedroom has a jacuzzi tub and king bed. High-speed internet at over 100mbps! This is a farm setting with animals and a beautiful view of the Ozarks. The acreage adjoins Old Wire Conservation Area, an 800 acre Missouri Conservation area with hiking trails.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Unit A has a master bedroom with king size bed and sofa, loft bedroom with a full size bed and there is a full size pull out bed in the living room sectional sofa. Just recently added Satellite TV. This is one of two units located in the same building. 15 min drive to wedding venues in Highlandville Mo, Republic Mo, Clever Mo. Short drive to Branson Mo or Springfield Mo. Owner lives on site not with you.

Step into the past and experience farmhouse living in this completely remodeled 100+ year 2 story, which was the homestead for a Missouri Century Farm. Country enough but really close in to appreciate all that the Ozarks has to offer. 15 min. to Finley Farms and Ozark Mill, 20 min. to Bass Pro Shops and Wonders of Wildlife, 45 min. to Branson, 5 min. to Lamberts Cafe. A laundry room is a shared area, but we work hard to limit use while guests are here.
