It has its own private entrance and garden (5 steps down) with an off-road parking space for a small car. Our studio has been a complete labour of love and now we're finally ready to share this beautiful little spot. You can wake up and hike until your hearts content, take in the sights in town and end your day reclining on the sofa with a cosy pellet burner. We have ample parking, private entrance, walking distance (1.2miles) to town (bars & restaurants), bus stop to Buxton / Macclesfield. Wifi, Sky TV,Netflix. It is very close to the Pavilion Gardens and a short walk to all the town has to offer. A perfect place to stay and create some memories in the Peak District. (Please note that it is not suitable for children under 10.) There are 2 off-road parking spaces available

The apartments comfortably sleeps up to 3 and has a period bathroom with a shower. 6ft superking leather bed, kitchen, large lounge, dining area, Wifi, TV and off road parking directly outside the front door. If the second bedroom is required, please book for 3 guests as this covers the additional cleaning costs.

Brooklands Annex is situated in an Art's and Craft's Edwardian residence. The apartment is self contained and comes with private off road parking. Brooklands is situated 5 minutes walk from the Pavillion Gardens and a pleasant 10 minute walk from the town centre, along the Victorian Broadwalk. Buxton Spa Town offers a fantastic base for exploring the Peak District, with it's surrounding villages and attractions.
