Riverfront cottage 1-mile nature walk to downtown

A unique old-school cottage located right on the Bear River and Petoskey's newly developed Bear River park and trail. A one-mile meandering walk, over the river and through the woods will take you to downtown Petoskey and Lake Michigan. Along the riverwalk in the opposite direction is a skate park and running track. Also close to shopping plazas and a robust downtown shopping district. The house is dog friendly with a fenced in yard and has three porches to look out over the the river valley.

Welcome to Blue J Cottage in Charlevoix, Michigan. This charming cottage is only half a mile to beautiful downtown Charlevoix, beaches, shops, restaurants, marina. Castle Farms is 6-minute drive, nearby is Petoskey, 3 ski resorts, sledding and ice-skating rinks. This home has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, full kitchen, highchair and large fully fenced in backyard. Roku-smart tv and internet available. Driveway is large enough to bring your boat/trailer. Pets need pre-approval, $100 fee, see pet rules.

We have played off the beautiful water colors of the bay in our decor. Like our other unit next door, we have included everything we can to make sure our guests are taken care of and feel right at home. We have 2 queen beds and 2 single fold up beds. We do accept pets ($25 flat fee) but certain breeds are not allowed. Please see “other things” for a list. This is a manufactured home in a manufactured home community. The unit has been completely remodeled and is magical! You will love it!

This is a 4 Bedroom 3 Bath. Located in beautiful East Jordan. East Jordan Tourist Park Public Beach access is 8/10th of a mile. Jordan River Nature trail is .2/10th of a mile away. Multiple Wedding venues are located close by. In the winter, we are near Boyne Mountain, Shanty Creek, and Schuss Mountain, with many more ski hills not far away. Snowmobile trails nearby will go all over Northern Michigan and even into the Upper Peninsula. Truly a year around recreation playground.

Enjoy easy access to everything UP NORTH from this perfectly located home base. This 1 bedroom w/ queen size bed 1 full bathroom apartment and fully equipt kitchen. This location is ideal: 1.6 miles to Boyne Mountain, 6 miles to Boyne City downtown, 16 miles to Petoskey, 7 miles to Walloon Lake, and 5 miles to Thumb Lake. We welcome your well-behaved dog! Star gaze while relaxing in the comfortable, Amish-built gilding chairs around the spacious, paver fire pit area .

A short drive to town will give you access to restaurants, groceries, breweries and wineries. Dogs are welcome! Please message us to discuss bringing more than 1. Absolutely no cats or other pets are allowed. We do not have a TV, but we do have fiber optic high speed internet.

Disconnect at our Ski Chalet in Nubs Nob

Newly remodeled A Frame Cabin in the woods of Hidden Hamlet in Harbor Springs, Michigan. Located in the little neighborhood at the base of Nubs Nob Ski Resort, this is a peaceful and quiet neighborhood surrounded by beautiful trees. Currently we are renting this as an open bedroom loft with a queen bed. There is also a pull out sofa sleeper on the main floor, but you know the comfort level of those...
