Walk one way and you are in historic Arundel with its castle and cathedral (takes about 40 minutes). Walk the other way and you have immediate access to the many South Downs footpaths. Jump in the car and you're 15 minutes from the seaside, and 20 minutes from Goodwood or Chichester.

The private gate takes you directly onto the South Downs. Close to the beach and city, Chichester, Portsmouth, Goodwood, Cowdray and Witterings beaches are close by while the train takes you to Waterloo in an hour.
