Exclusive use of a private 3-acre glamping site with a fully equipped party barn which has a large kitchen, shower room, and spacious indoor dining/lounge and bar area. Each Emperor tent sleeps 4 made up of a double and 2 singles (8 in total) and from September the tents have stoves fitted to keep you warm at night. There is also the option to bring one additional tent for 4 people. Outdoors, enjoy croquet, rounders, badminton, netball, and boules. There is a fire pit and BBQ. Dogs very welcome

Spend the night in one of our tents, without the hassle of camping. Arrive to a well-pitched tent, in a private woodland clearing, with chairs, a stove, kettle and one of our upcycled firepits for a perfect evening under the dark skies in the West Wight. Please bring cutlery, plates, bowls and mugs, pans and sleeping kit. Add roll-mats, cooking utensils and a 5 litre water container for £5 per night. Dogs are £5 per dog, per night. With Everything included for a perfect camping trip. 240v electrics, Mini fridge, crockery, and cooking equipment. Our site has 3 standard Bells, 2 large lux yurt Bells and a shepherds Hut. Warren Hill camp is on an old Dairy Farm with stunning scenery, where you can relax and watch the sun go down.

Safari Tent Set Next To A Historic Steam Railway

Our tents have an open plan layout with plush furnishings including a king size bed, wood burning stove, which doubles up as an oven, and a sofa bed. The internal space measures 4 x 5.4 metres and is erected on raised wooden platforms which insulate the tents from the ground. To the front of the tent is the veranda with a barbeque, gas hob, fridge, ice tray and food preparation area. The outdoor seating is perfect for al fresco dining (the washing up area is also close by). Plates etc provided.

Glamping in style with home comforts Bell Tent

Enjoy nature in this romantic setting in either our bell tent or emperor tent with lots of home comforts. There's fresh water on tap and homemade compost toilets. Get to meet our goats and chickens. We're far enough into the countryside to unwind and quietly observe the deer and wild birds, but close enough to Crawley to not feel too isolated. Gatwick is a short distance away if you want to stay just before or after a holiday, eliminating the worry of traffic and rushing to/from the airport.

LandPod

Come and stay in our LandPod on Sindles Farm. Sleeping 2 adults & up to 2 children on a super comfortable double bed and quirky bunk bed. It’s a picnic, sleepover, wild adventure kinda pod. Flip open the waterproof cover to bring all the open air fun of a convertible car to a pop up glamping experience. Mattresses provided, guests must bring bedding, cooking equipment, plates, everything you require. Picnic bench and communal fire pit available. Get in touch if you have any questions.

Owl Bell Tent

Get away from it all when you stay under the stars. A short walk to the local village pub and a 5 minute drive to beautiful beaches and forest walks. The Bell Tents are situated on our livestock farm in the heart of the village. Our spacious bell tents sleep 4 and include: 4 beds, bbq, 2 burner gas stove, pots and pans, utensils, cutlery and blankets. All you need to do is bring your own bedding. 2 toilets and showers on site, with clean water washing up facilities. NO ELECTRIC
