Thalassa is a three-story villa, with unlimited view of the Aegean Sea. Ideally located at just 600 meters away from the centre of Chora, the Capital of Ios, it is perfect for your stay at the island. Kolitsani beach is also really close to the house, just a 10-minute walk via pathway. Sea and Sun ll

Sea and Sun ll is a brand new Cycladic house with an amazing view to Mylopotas beach. It includes a double bed and a sofa/folded bed. The small villa is fully equipped. There is also access to a shared pool where you can enjoy by watching the sunset. It is only 900 meters away from Mylopotas beach (about 200m dirt road, car/ATV always recommend). If you are a big company you can book this house with 'Sea and Sun l' which is located in the same area. Excellent for 8-9 people.

A small white house with blue windows, in the heart of the Aegean, was always my dream! That's how everything started and now I own this tiny house of 27sqm in the magical town of Ios island. This place was a small cafe before. Was abandoned for about 20 years and, as i like to transform, I turned it to a cosy nest for my family. The idea was a polymorphical place that has everything we need in a small house . I hope that you will love this place as I do!!!
