Standing in its own private garden with stunning views across the river Severn into Wales, friendly sheep are your neighbours. The Cottage is brand new, fitted to a high standard with its own kitchen, en suite and private gated parking 10 mins from the M4/5. Close by are:The Wave, Clifton Bridge, Wye Valley, Bristol docks and Thornbury Castle.

A single story self contained annex, attached to the owners property., located close to Yate, Chipping Sodbury and Pucklechurch and half way between Bristol and Bath, making it a suitable base for both holiday and business accommodation, there is easy access to both M4 and M5 motorways, A46 Bath – Stroud , Bristol ring road, Emerson’s Green Science Park, and for keen cyclists is a stone’s throw from the Bristol-Bath cycle track.

The Vault

The Vault is a really special space, which we hope you can see from the photographs. It is a basement studio apartment with its own private entrance. It is quiet and cosy with underfloor heating and an ambient temperature all year round. This property is very central, making it easy to plan your visit. We are very close to the harbour and the property is on the famous Georgian Square, Queen Square. It feels like you have stepped into a film from Jane Austen as you come out of the building.

A fantastic location. An historic house with a wealth of associations. Dating from c. 1640, the house was modernised in 1676 and then again in 1723. We have been here since 1999. A great stepping off point, whether you are going to London, The Cotswolds, Bristol, Bath, Cheltenham etc. We are very near to the Motorway network, 2 Railway Stations (Bristol Temple Meads or Bristol Parkway), Bristol Airport, Coach station in Bristol. Locally there are quality Pubs, Indian and Chinese eateries.

Elstar - Self Contained Stable, excellent Location

Elstar is one of 2 petit stables, on our Grade 2 farm. It is situated on a quiet, secluded yard next to Russet, with off street gated parking. Elstar overlooks our fields where our Llamas, Alpacas, horses and sheep live. Located just outside the picturesque market town of Chipping Sodbury, we are also perfectly positioned for Bristol, Bath, Cheltenham, Cirencester, walks in the Cotswolds and Badminton and Gatcombe Horse Trials. We are in a very handy location for those of you visiting the Badminton horse trials. Renovations have been carried out with love and care by master builders, it has all of the modern comforts you would expect from a hotel suite but retains the rustic charm of a Cotswold Stone barn with vaulted ceilings and exposed oak beams.
