Our space is great for people who enjoy fishing off the dock, biking or walking (access to 35km trail out front) or relaxing. 😎

Our historic apartment located in Central Downtown Richmond is a perfect stay for all occasions. Built in the 1800s this space has so much character and history. Decorated in retro vintage/ boho decor you’ll feel nostalgic and at peace while being here. The buildings downtown are beautiful and the view of Main Street will make you feel like your in a big city while still being in this quaint busy little town with so much to offer! Walking distance to bars, restaurants, and so many cute shops.

The Harbor House - Entire 1st Floor Waterfront

Located along the St. Clair River at the apex of nostalgic Broadway and Marine City’s Nautical Mile sits Harbor House. In the morning, enjoy the sunrise over the river while the ships pass. Later, head out your door and explore the many antique shops on Broadway or visit the various Parks, Shops and Restaurants along the river. Have kids? we are situated conveniently between the City Beach and Harbor Park. When the day is done, sit around the fire pit on the water and recap your great day.

Historic 1907

This is a historic place that was born out of a fire in 1906 and rebuilt in 1907 as the dry goods store. The open floor plan is 1400 feet of room to relax and there is even more to explore in this water front neighborhood. Boaters and fishermen love this place. There are several bars and restaurants within walking distance even more within a short drive. There are multiple public boat access points within minutes. We also have plenty of parking space for your vehicles, boats and trailers.

On Broadway/with Balcony Riverview Apt. B

We have an eclectic decor,with a great balcony view of the St.Clair river. Just relax and watch the freighters and pleasure boats go by. If your looking for lunch or finer dining we are just blocks from Gars (with their famous 1# burgers) and brew; The Fish Company is walking distance with their new addition up stairs with expansive balcony, and oh did I mention they have great food. The Little Bar is just a small drive about 10 + block south of town with amazing dining and drinks. No pets

Luxury Barn House

Come experience and enjoy a peaceful stay in the Luxury Barn. It sits on its own property separate from the main house and also has a privacy fence blocking the view from the main house with your own parking pad. It is open concept (studio) with a private bathroom. This luxurious barn is heated with radiant floor heat and is always warm and cozy. Enjoy a fully functional kitchen, reclining couch, 70” TV and WIFI and a queen size bed. Come enjoy a stay at the Luxury Barn.

Up on the Hill in St. Clair- Unit 2

This lower apartment is (1 of 3 vacation units available in our historic building) just a short walk (1/4 mile) down the hill to everything that St. Clair has to offer. Enjoy the boardwalk along the St. Clair River, the plaza with restaurants or the newly remodeled St. Clair Inn. The apartment is quaint in a historic building with a brand new private deck off the back of this unit. Enjoy views of the St. Clair River with freighter and boats passing by.

In Port Huron, Michigan near the St. Clair River, I-94, I-69 and a half mile from the Blue Water Bridge to Canada. Great Location on Black River on a dead-end road into the parking lot. Enter from the parking lot into the upper level of these two-story condos with central air. Boat dock is available during your stay, if you bring your boat or come in by boat.

There are several key, unique features to this apartment: located in central downtown, above the family’s butcher shop, which has been here over 100 years, hot food served on Saturdays.
