Romantic and flirtatious in style, this flat is pampered at every corner with rustic wood details, soft and pastel tones. Few other flats could more centrally located flat than this one! Don't miss out on staying at one of only six unique 'El Alma de Las Ramblas' flats, all of them located in a recently renovated historical 19th century building. We are three friends who decided to embark on this project to refurbished 6 apartments in a same building located right off of arguably Barcelona´s most emblematic street: Las Ramblas. It was important to us to turn these apartments into cozy and functional living spaces for our guests. We chose the new beds, beddings, sofas, dining tables and chairs, lamps, kitchenware and small appliances with great care and consideration. We believe we were successful in creating an pleasant space in each of the flats- and we hope you will also agree after having spent time there. Guests have access to the entire studio. We respect the privacy of our guests and yet also would be available to provide any assistance possible that would make our guests´ stay a confortable and an enjoyable one. The compact layout makes intuitive use of space featuring a kitchenette while there’s also diminutive balcony This apartment is located at the epic center of Barcelona, just off at the beginning of Las Ramblas street. The area is known for its myriad activities and abundant pedestrians who have come to stroll, shop and dine in the city's most dynamic street. This apartment is as central as central can be! You will be able to walk* to many worthwhile sites: 1. La Boquería Market: 4 minute walk 2. Picasso Museum: 13 minute walk 3. La Pedrera: 22 minute walk 4. La Sagrada Familia: 42 minute walk 5. La Barceloneta (former fishermen´s neighborhood by BCN´s port): 25 minute walk 6. The beach: 30 minute walk. For a seaside view or stroll (15 mins walk) 7. Etc, (You get our point;-)) (*Walking time estimates based on (Hidden by Airbnb) Maps) Or if you wished to take a taxi or public transportation (to take you within Barcelona as well as to its surrounding cities such as Girona, Sitges, etc.) both options are also easily available within less than 3 minute walk from the flat. 1. Shortly after the confirmation of your reservation, we will write to you to collect the "tourist tax" that is obligatory and established by the Generalitat de Catalunya. The official tax standards are as follows: Adults (persons 16 and over) are obliged to pay a tourist tax of 2,48 euros (2,25 + IVA) per day spent in Catalunya, up to 7 days maximum. 2. Come and enjoy a local barcelona experience in our central apartment, we guarantee you a memorable stay in this wonderful Mediterranean city! We love making people feel at home. We will be there for you at any time of the stay, think us as your holiday concierge, on-call if you need a restaurant recommendation or to leave your bags for a few hours because your flight arrives or lives at weir time. We've got you cover! :) We are right in the heart of the chic L'Exaple distric, whose beautifully planned architecture is world famous. Just outside the old city, Dreta de L'Example's leafy boulevards are home to Gaudi stunners like Casa Battlo and Casa Mila (La Pedrera). Hight-end shopping on the ritzy Passeig de Gracia is just a few blocks away, with Plaza Catalunya and the famous Ramblas located less than 15 minutes walk from our building. The apartment is in a prime central location, where you can walk to most of the important points of Barcelona. Sagrada familia 15 minutes walk, as well as plaza Catalunya, Ramblas, and the old town distric. Passeig de Gracia famous avenue is just 5 minutes walk. The nearest metro stations, just 2 block away, are the L-4 Yellow Line, Girona stop, and the L-5 Blue Line, Verdaguer stop. The L-4 will take you to the beach, 3 stops away, while the L-5 will get you to Sants, the main Rail Station, 4 stops away. From the airport, a taxi will take 40 minutes and cost around 40€, or you can take the Airport Shuttle Bus ( 30/35 minutes and 5,50€) to Plaza Catalunya, which is a short-15 minute walk from our building. -City tax is not included on the price. You have to pay it cash or credit card at the check in: 2.48€/person/night. Kids under 12 years old do not pay. -Check-in time is at 15:00hs but we always try to adapt to our guests if we don't have another group of people checking-out the same day. One of us will be waiting for you in the flat at the time previously agreed to give you the keys and help you with anything you may need. There is no 24 hours reception so it's very important for us to know your exact arrival time and your flight number. There is an extra charge for late check-in: from 21:00hs to 23:00hs: 30€, after 23:00hs: 50€ to be paid when you arrive to the apartment. -Check-out time is at 11:00hs. Cal Boter Menescal, casa de pueblo con encanto

Cal Boter Menescal es una casa reformada del S.XVII, localizada en la zona vinícola del Penedés, a 50 minutos de Barcelona y 20 minutos de Tarragona, cerca de la playa y con gran oferta cultural, como visitas a bodegas y cavas, senderismo, etc. Ideal para parejas, grupos reducidos o familias. El alojamiento dispone de parking independiente en el mismo edificio. En la planta baja tenemos la habitación suite, con cuarto de baño independiente. En la primera planta tenemos el resto de las estancias: habitación con cama de matrimonio , habitación con dos camas independientes, y con salida a una pequeña terracita, el cuarto de baño principal, y la sala de estar - comedor, con la cocina en la misma estancia. En la misma planta disponemos de una terraza de unos 15 m2. Proporciono información sobre actividades, restaurantes, etc. por la zona. "I speak English" y "je parle un peu français". La región del Penedés se encuentra entre Barcelona y Tarragona, cerca de la Costa Dorada. Ofrece actividades sobre el mundo del vino y el cava, además de estar cerca de lugares turísticos como la Ciudadela Ibérica de Calafell, las ruinas romanas de la antigua "Tarraco" (Ciudad declarada patrimonio de la UNESCO), etc. Los aeropuertos más cercanos son el Aeropuerto de Reus (a 30 min en coche) y el de Barcelona el Prat (a 45 minutos). La estación de tren está a 5 minutos en coche (en el municipio de El Vendrell), con conexiones cada hora a Barcelona y Tarragona.
