You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. Much attention has been paid to small details throughout. There is a park behind the house with tennis courts, basketball nets, a splash pad, a skate park, and a new playground. Easily accessible via the catwalk one house down. Kitchenette has a microwave, sink, mini fridge, Keurig, kettle, crockery, and cutlery. Take a five-minute walk around the corner for food options: a local pub, Domino's Pizza, Subway, and Yang's Chinese.

Welcome to the Warnica Coach House! This unique and historic property will not disappoint! Built by George R. Warnica in 1900, this spectacular property was the recipient of the Heritage Barrie award in 2018. The Coach House where you will stay, once housed horses and carriages, has been completely renovated top to bottom in 2023 with the finest touches.
