Unique and tranquil getaway. We have all the amenities you will need for a great stay. A stylish little cabin in the country with access to walking trails, a pool, and a hot tub($) at the main house. We have farm animals and we run an animal rescue that can have up to 32 dogs. They stay in a fenced-in yard where the pool is located and love to swim with guests! We have added Starlink internet to the cabin as well as a smart TV to greatly enhance your entertainment options during your stay.

Forest Lane Guest Quarters

Quiet country setting only 3 miles from Downtown Huntsville, 4.5 miles from SHSU, 1 mile from Walker County Fair . Home is a perfect place to come relax after a long day at work or a day shopping on the square. We are surrounded by trees and deer love to come visit morning and night. The guest quarters are set up like a hotel with a full size fridge, microwave, and coffee pot. The space has its own entrance and guests have the ability to come and go as needed without disturbing homeowners.

Quiet and restful, our hide-away apartment is the perfect getaway if you are looking for a place to relax, unwind, and recharge! Nestled into six acres of private forested land, this apartment has everything you need for the perfect stay, including a deck overlooking the forest and property, a desk and work area, spacious living room, and queen-sized bedroom. Local activities, Livingston Lake, the Sam Houston Wine Trail, and quaint downtown, are all within a few miles drive.

Peaceful East Texas getaway

20 acres of relaxation in the piney woods of East Texas. Easily accessible from all directions. This is not a place to exert a lot of energy unless you'd like to visit my firewood splitting department. (I may knock a few dollars off the price if you do!) Owners house is next door, Grill, smoker, fire pit, and additional outdoor shower. Pond is stocked with perch. Beautiful walking trails. Golf cart is onsite but availability may be limited. And a full sized kitchen! Conveniently located minutes from the square and the loop, making it easy to get to and from your destination. No pets or small children please.

This charming couples retreat has it all with no cleaning fees! Here you can escape to your own private oasis complete with a beautiful vineyard and huge porch to kick back and enjoy the slow life. Take time to relax in the rocking chairs, hammock, or hot tub, or venture out to the fire pit or picnic table. Firewood is provided for the fire pit.
