Farm Cottage for a escape to the country

New barn conversion. I have tried to maintain the character. The decor is Agri/industrial, reusing as much of the raw materials around the farm. It has three king-size beds all on-suite. 1 x Very large bedroom upstairs with sofa and balcony and 2 smaller ground floor bedrooms. Each room has a TV and wifi. The main living room includes a kitchen, a table, a large L-shaped sofa and coffee table: an outdoor table and chairs, BBQ and a covered area for storing bikes and a EV Charger (50p/kw) etc.

This one bedroom cottage consists of one double bed, one single bed and also has one very comfy sofa! Originally a little cowshed the cottage has been well converted using lovely stone and the inside is stylish, comfortable and spacious making this a great place to stay for either just a couple or with friends. With one large double bedroom and the option of a comfortable sofa bed in the living room, sleeping up to 4 people and offers a wonderful base to explore the Brecon Beacons and the Gower Peninsula.

No 1 Cathelyd Colliery Stables is a dog friendly property renovated from a pit pony stables. Next door, No 2 is slightly larger and can be booked separately on Airbnb. There are walks on the doorstep being next to the Cwm Clydach bird reserve and the cottage has its own private valley walk with a waterfall. We are situated 3 miles from J45 of the M4 with easy access to Swansea, Gower and the Brecon Beacons. The Swansea Cycle path is on the doorstep. The town is a mile away.

Amazing walks on the doorstep with dramatic views, and we are dog-friendly (but sorry, no cats). Real fire, TV, DVDs & books for cosy nights in. Great cycling with riverside rides and mountain trails. Shop, pub & takeaway in the village. Designer outlet, Odeon cinema, nature reserves and castles all a short drive. And we live round the corner for any advice or help!
