Drummond Island - Whits End Boathouse

Welcome to Whit’s End on beautiful Drummond Island! We are excited to share our boathouse with you here in the historic Whitney Bay area. Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck listening to Loons and watching nearby freighters navigate Lake Huron. The sunsets over Whitney Bay are truly spectacular. The living space is located on the second floor of our renovated boathouse. We run a small pottery shop on the main level, so you may notice occasional activity during the day.

This little cottage is your destination treasure. It is a cozy home situated on a quiet Lake Huron bay on the south side of the Drummond Island. It is just a short ten minute drive from the ferry and another ten minutes to the Four Corners area of the island. You have breathtaking views of Lake Huron, Bootjack Island and Espanore Island. And don’t be surprised by the number of freighters that you will see cruise by. There are beautiful water views from both inside and out.

Great home base for UP sight seeing, girls trip or a fisherman’s paradise. Located just under five miles from the ferry, this two story home has four beds, one bath, kitchen, living room, laundry and sun room overlooking a private dock on St Mary’s l. WiFi for remote workers. The dock fits a boat of up to 50ft. Included is a private drive with ample parking for multiple vehicles. Day trip out of this beautiful water front home.
