We have so many attractions on our doorstep like Culzean Castle, Heads of Ayr Farm Park, Trump Turnberry resort, Burns country, some of the best golf courses in Scotland and many excellent restaurants. Rattlebeck Farm is a traditional & cosy cottage, with modern decor & facilities. The Cottage boats a private patio with hot tub & incredible views, 55" Smart TV, Log Burning Stove, kitchen & dining area, 2 double bedrooms with Smart TVs (1 ensuite), & a main bathroom. Located just outside the chaos of the Lake District honeypot towns, we are just 5 mins from Caldbeck in the Lake District, 20 mins from Keswick & Derwentwater, 30 mins from the Solway Coast & 20 mins from the City of Carlisle.

Guests can enjoy beautiful sunsets, gorgeous beaches, plenty of walking/hiking/cycling trails or family days out in local farm parks. Plenty room for a peaceful escape or time for exploring. The cabin is next to a standing stone with a south facing door & deck area where guests can sit and kids can play. Central heating & double glazing.

It’s the perfect family location with exciting sites to visit for adventures, golf, go-karting, arcades, marinas, and aquariums, as well as stunning treks & trails in the Lake District.

Bookings are from Friday to Friday. 2 king size bedrooms, one ensuite with a further 2 single beds and wc on the mezzanine level. A bathroom with shower over the bath. Fully furnished kitchen with washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher. We have a dog secure garden and a shed to lock bikes in. We are between 10/30 mins from 3 of the 7stanes cycling trails and 6 miles from several beaches or hills for walking. You are 5 mins drive away from the market town of Castle Douglas.

A fab dog-friendly upside down house with amazing views of the lake district fells. A great open plan house for chilling or catching up with friends and family. 3 comfortable bedrooms, two additional sleeping areas (a day bed and a sofa bed). Great for walking and outdoor adventures, and 20 minutes drive from the sea. Easy linked to the beautiful gem town of Cockermouth, cultural Keswick, and bustling Carlisle as we are just off the main A road.

Sea Glass Cottage - Beachfront cottage

Sea Glass Cottage is a beachfront holiday home with views over the dunes to the Solway Firth and Scotland beyond. Our guests tell us that the sunset views from the conservatory are breathtaking. The cottage has been tastefully updated and decorated by the owners with all amenities for modern living but retaining a quirky, seaside charm. Sleeps 5 plus a baby, no smoking, WiFi, dog-friendly. We charge £25 per dog.
