Spacious 2 Br apartment with great views, tucked away in a quiet laneway of the beautiful suburb of Maruyama. Fully furnished, this fully self contained apartment provides all you will need for a comfortable stay and is like your home away from home. Fantastic private views make it hard to believe this apartment is in the heart of the prestigious suburb of Maruyama. The second bedroom is annexed to the main bedroom and also has access from the lounge, so is suited as a kids room, or as a room for an individual adult as it has a single bed. Parking available if you wish to drive or a bus stop 8min walk that goes to train station, ( 15min ride) or a beautiful 30 min walk through the park to get to the Maruyama station. Please look at the location on the map shown on the listing page so you can get an idea of the sights nearby. Owners have had extensive experience in the hospitality field and will offer all assistance to make your stay perfect. All amenities provided e.g. soap, towels, bedding (extra futons if you require for extra guests), washing machine, free internet.

There are more than 10 kinds of good quality tea leaves in the kitchen. Nespresso coffee and machine as well. In the early morning, You probably can see wild animals ( mostly deers ) from the window. * Outdoor BBQ is not allowed.

Private Apartment Good Base for Hokkaido Trip

Located is south area of Sapporo.There has good nature . The apartment is 2-floors with kitchen and bath room. Able to stay up to 6 people maximum, kids(under 10years old) are free. The house is not close to subway ST .But very close to the bus stop.It takes 30mins ¥210 by bus from Sapporo ST. In along the large street, easy to find by car. You can feel like a local Sapporo life.
