We are renting out a 2 Bedroom Appartment (lower level) in our house/duplex. It has a separate entry and is located in a tree rich area. A natural area begins right behind the house. The sister lakes are in a 3 min walking distance. The apartment is conviniently located in Ann Arbor - 2.2 mi to Downtown - 3.5 mi to the Big House - 2.8 mi to UofM central campus A bus stop and a great coffee place (19 Drips) are in walking distance. Please make sure to enter the right amount of guests ;-)

There are sitting areas all around to inspire & a perimeter path to walk. There are dirt roads to travel, so drive slow & watch for deer. Winter roads are an adventure!

It’s a sweet little place, convenient to Woodward, Birmingham, Royal Oak and Beaumont hospital. There is one parking spot available behind the unit with a secure path to the door. The following are included: linens, towels, toiletries, hairdryer, microwave, mini fridge, and Netflix. Sorry no kitchen or cooking and we cannot accept pets. No long term rentals.

Perfect for two, it features a full kitchen, living area, work area and murphy bed (for additional guests) on the top floor. Property is on a hillside, so guests are required to use steps and slanted walkways. We live above the suite and would like to share this beautiful place with you. Parking: please park on the street right in front of our house. Don't turn around in the neighbor's driveway across the street.
