Traditional storied house with entresol located at the picturesque side of Kini beach, 5 meters from the sand. Includes air conditioning, a solar water heater, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, as well as a large veranda with a direct view on the sunset. Can host up to 6 persons. Idyllic hillside location by the coast with magnificent endless views of the blue sea! Fully equipped two-room apartment, with exit to the courtyard with BBQ. It's 65sq.m. has two spaces one is 40sqm. with bedroom, bathroom and an open plan kitchen/dining/living area with double sofa bed. The second space has a double bed, wardrobes & a bathroom of 25sqm. The doors lead directly to the courtyard which overlooks the sea. In addition, the yard has a stone-built BBQ and a traditional oven.

The Mother's House in Syros is a 10-minute walk from the nearby beaches of Komito, Agathopes and Fetouri. It is located in the center of Poseidonia just opposite the historic Tsiropina mansion (now a town hall and cultural attraction of the area). Poseidonia, also known as Delagracia is a settlement of Syros that was for many years the resort of rich shipowners and captains. Mother's House has a good terrace overlooking the sunset and a beautiful garden. Fully equipped kitchen.

A 4th guest can be accommodated at an extra bed.
