On the left you can admire the imposing mountains and ahead the Aegean Sea. During spring and summer the smell of orange and lemon blossoms from our garden will spoil your senses...

Das Eckhaus liegt abseits des Örtchens Poulithra, Arkadien, ohne Durchgangsverkehr und ist 60 Meter Fussweg vom wunderschönen Strand der Agios Georgios Bucht entfernt. Jedes Haus verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang. Die Häuser liegen mitten in der Natur umgeben von alten Olivenbäumen auf einem grossen Grundstück. Die Meersicht ist spektakulär. If you have seen “Glass Onion: All knives out”, it’s the villa in the intro of the movie (from 13:00-18:00). Unique location by the sea close to everything: the iconic Poseidonion Hotel, the island centre, two open-air cinemas, the market, restaurants, cafes, bars, beaches,everything in walking distance and with the best views of the sea and beautiful sunsets. 4 bedrooms, that sleep 8-10 people, all with their own bathroom, various outdoors terraces, nice spacious bright kitchen.

The Old Harbor house

The house is on the 1st floor of an old mansion, recently renovated and located in the Old Harbor just 20m from the sea. It offers wonderful sea view. Big families and friends can easily be accommodated. It's close to famous restaurants and bars. There is a mini market in 1min walking distance. You can take a sea taxi or horse carriage just 100m from the house. The town center & port of the island is 20min walking distance or 5min by taxi, horse carriage or motorcycle/bicycle.

Agroktima Farm Cottage

Situated at the foot of Mount Parnon, Agroktima guesthouse is surrounded by a lush green garden and consists of ten farm houses, samples of the Tsakonian architecture. Unprocessed stone, wood and iron have been harmoniously put together, creating a unique setting. The traditional furnishings, the wooden ceilings, the handmade needlework, the country-style fireplace and the stone-paved courtyard add to the houses a rustic charm.
