The house is close to the stores, restaurants and beaches and provides the perfect spot for authentic Greek vacation! It has one big main room with two double beds and two single comfortable sofa beds in a second area that locks from the other. There is a big spacious veranda for relaxation and view of the sunset.

Amelia 's guests have their fully private level, complete with living area, kitchen, 1 master bedroom & toilet, en suite bathroom. They also have their own patios with sea views.

The house is located on the hill of the harbor of Kea and its access is only by stairs (approx. 60 steps). It is a traditional one, built 55sqm by stone in the early 1900s, renovated with care, so that it keeps its traditional character and the feeling of its old use. At the same time it provides all the comforts of a modern house and it is easy and relaxing to live in. The view and the quietness are the biggest advantages of it.
