This newly renovated unit boasts unobstructed views across Newcastle’s working harbor and the beautiful Ballast grounds. Includes Queen-sized bed and ensuite, with shampoo, conditioner and all linen provided. The Location - Great location in a quiet neighbourhood that is within walking distance from Newcastle CBD (3.5km), Honeysuckle restaurants (3km), Newcastle Beach (4.5km) and the Public Transport Interchange (2km). Within Carrington, this home is conveniently situated just 300m to shops, cafes, restaurants and with a great pub, 'The Criterion,' situated next door. The area is very child friendly with a park one street back, including a children's playground, picnic tables and an electric BBQ.

All the windows are leadlight and the soaring window at the front (from a 100 year old church in the Hunter Valley) adds to the distinctive charm. You will have your own access. You can park in the driveway or on the street (unrestricted on weekends and after hours. Otherwise its a 2hr limit from 9am-5pm)
