Easy 5-8 minute walk to beach, back river, grocery store, several restaurants (Ajs Dockside & Stingrays, 2 most popular) 10 minute walk to Tybrisa St & Pier. We are just 6 miles from LakePoint sports complex (10 minutes) and 1.5 miles from historic downtown Cartersville. Our home will sleep 10, including two roll a way beds. If you have other sleeping requests we will be happy to try to accommodate you. 3 TV’s with Xfinity and Wifi plus the bunk room has an additional TV for gaming. Dogs friendly, the back yard is fenced. We are walking distance to Dellinger Park which offers Walking/running trails, tennis courts play grounds and more.

Was designed as a crash pad for anyone in town for work, a flight, or road trip. Inside is 4x8x5 mattress is twin. Sleeps 1 comfortably, possibly 2. Bathroom access is about 20ft away. Unit includes electric, AC, heat, TV, wifi, firestick, free parking, storage underneath. Close to a highway so there are waves of passing cars.

Outside you will find 6 acres to roam, a two person hot tub, charcoal grill, fire-pit and small waterfall with a porch. The Lil Red Tiny House is located about 30 feet behind another home that is not currently occupied. Please Note: outdoor cameras are capable of recording.
