It has a private beach and 66' of shoreline. Plus an elevated front deck; side patio; bonfire pit and gas BBQ grill. Swan Cottage has 2 large bedrooms (plus a twin daybed in a semi-private nook); 1 bathroom; and driveway parking. It is dog friendly, however, the yard is not fenced.

Very tastefully decorated The first floor will give you that up north feel with beautiful knotty pine walls. The second floor has the bedrooms and bath for more privacy, and a sitting area for reading or relaxing. There are many stairs! Well water. Must be 23 or older to rent.

Large sandy beach with a paddle boat, 2 stand up paddle boards, 2 kayaks, and a nice 2021, 20-foot pontoon boat available for rent. Lakefront Cottage on All Sports Lake

Lakefront on Morrison Lake with access to the lake right from the backyard. All sports lake with good fishing. The house has a kitchen with dishes, pots, and pans. WiFi is available as well. There is a fire ring and picnic table in the yard. 2 kayaks available to use upon request. The dock is put in on Labor Day and taken out Memorial Day. The cottage is 37 minutes from Grand Rapids, Mi 28th Street. 40 minutes from Grand Ledge, Mi.

The Loon's Nest is a unique lakefront bungalow with separate bunkhouse. It comes with a 22' pontoon boat, 2 kayaks & dock w/attached bench, plus a swim platform w/ladder from May through October (weather permitting). The property is spread over 2 large lots that offer expansive views of Lake Wabasis and a sandy beach. Plus a backyard completely surrounded by woods with a vernal pond that provides extreme privacy and access to nature.

It’s not just a summer place, come enjoy the fall colors with incredible views of Duck Lake State Park. The cottage is equipped with kayaks,canoes ,peddle boats and a stand-up paddleboard. This is a no smoking and no pets allowed property.
