The apartment has a balcony where you can enjoy the sun in the afternoon and evening, and a spacious living room with a classic fireplace.

Welcome to Grünerløkka! This is my favorite part of Oslo - a historic industrial area now home to trendy singles, young families, priests, poets - and parks. Centrally located, my place is quiet, bright, secluded - just a few minutes away from hundreds of local cafe's, restaurants, shops and bars. Take a stroll or break into a run along Akerselva river or in the expansive public parks nearby. Walk, bike, scooter, or ride the "trikk" to anywhere - or stay at home with a book in our backyard.

Within few steps you can enjoy a coffee at Tim Wendelboe's, steel a kiss at the fountain on Olaf Ryes plass, pass the waterfall to a culinary stroll of Europe in one building - Mathallen or see a concert at Parkteatret. And you didn't even leave the hood. ;)

Fantastisk utsikt - Nær naturen

Len deg tilbake og slapp av på dette rolige, elegante stedet. Når du kommer inn døren så er du i stuen. Med privat balkong og peis. En sofa og queen size seng. Ta trappen ned for å komme til kjøkken og bad. Kjøkkenbenken er ganske liten, men den har induksjonstopp og stekeovn. Leiligheten passer for en til to personer som ønsker å være nær turterreng og skiløyper. Fint utgangspunkt for turer i naturen. Samtidig kun 30 minutter fra Oslo sentrum med museer og restauranter.

The apartment is situated in the middle of the city right by Hallénparken and at walking distance to public transport, cafes, shops, as well as beautiful green areas and hiking trails by Akerselva river. Here you live very centrally with a short distance to "everything", but at the same time secluded and quiet. Fully equipped with all you need for a comfy stay.
