This is an traditional Nisyrian house (65 km2). It is good for couples, 3 friends travelling together, solo adventurers or a small family. The house has wifi, but because of the narrow street it can be unreliable at times. The neighbourhood is authentic and has a lovely atmosphere. The house is only 8 minutes walk from the beach, tavernas, cafes and shops in the centre of the village. Nisyros is a beautiful Aegean islands, still untouched by tourism. It is part of the Dodecanese Island group.

Beach Side Apartment

A 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment, close to the beach. It has a full kitchen including full oven, fridge freezer, air fryer, microwave and coffee machine, and free wifi. The main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, double bed and a partial sea view. The second bedroom has two single beds and a fully fitted wardrobe and a safe. The sofa expands into a spacious sofa-bed so a 5th person can sleep comfortably. All rooms have air conditioning, and we also provide a hair dryer and washing machine.

This is the Villa Ira in Zia, It has a remarkable view of the Sea, and a Lovely Garden with a beautiful Pool It can host up to 7 People, 3 Bedrooms 2 Bathrooms, It's great for Families or Multiple Couples staying the Nights together. It's a 5 minute walk to Zia, and the distance to kos town is 22 min by Car (14.5 km). You are welcome to experience our beautiful little paradise! We can offer you a ride from or to the airport/port and we can rent you a car. Furthermore, we can rent you a car.
