Molly Branch Cottage - Complete Privacy!

Our private tiny home is in a beautiful setting and fully equipped for a getaway, yet close to Knoxville. It includes living room, kitchen, full bath, upstairs sleeping nook and camping on 20 acres of privacy. Relax on the deck overlooking the creek while listening to nature surround you, cozy up by the fire pit, play a game of corn hole, or have a peaceful nap in the hammock. Full basement with outdoor spaces overlook the neighborhood lake surrounded by a half-mile walking trail. Through the patio entrance is a large game area with ping-pong/pool, a family room with seating for eight and an 80in TV, kitchen with microwave, mini-fridge/separate freezer, Keurig and two-burner cooktop, as well as various tables to seat 14 total. Two bedrooms and a full bath with tile shower are tucked away. The king room has a balcony with a lake view and the queen room has air hockey.
