Boddington Mill is a stunning countryside retreat in the heart of the Cotswolds, steeped in history and rural charm. The building retains industrial mill parts which intersect multiple levels for a unique and generous living space. Its south-facing garden includes outside dining, wood-fired hot tub, and large lawn, home to wildlife and fruit-bearing trees. The Homelands Annexe a fully self contained property with its own entrance adjoining our bungalow, with off road parking and a small garden to the front. The location is rural so you will need a vehicle or a local bus service is 1 mile away. The Local pub The Fountain Inn is the nearest pub opening from Thursday-Sunday and is a 20/30 minute walk away. We are Ideally situated on the Welsh border ideal for walkers, cyclists or a relaxing stay. Ideally situated for the ever popular Oldfield Forge.

A newly renovated 2 bed cottage with plenty of space for 4 in a delightful rural and peaceful location overlooking fields just 2 miles from historic Ross on Wye, the Wye Valley; Forest of Dean and other places of interest are all nearby. One pleasant and popular pub in walking distance. Many others nearby. Outdoor pursuits such as canoeing/ cycling/ mountain biking/ river walks all available nearby or relax on the patio with a bbq , or if a winter break curl up inside with our cosy woodburner.

The Annex at The Oaks

The Annex is a separate building on two floors. The bedroom and bathroom are upstairs. There is a kingsize bed and a sofa bed available. We do provide extra laundry for the sofa bed at a cost of £15. Please let me know if you require the sofa bed making up. To access the bedroom are external stairs. Downstairs is a great open plan living space. There is private parking. Ross town is a mile away. PLEASE NOTE: the Annexe is next to a busy main road and traffic can be heard from the Annexe.

The Nest is a cosy, airy refurbished self-contained eco-studio apartment in a peaceful, rural setting. Own separate entrance and self check-in. Wood-burning stove and en-suite shower room. The Haystore has been fully refurbished to provide gorgeous accommodation with direct access onto National Trust parkland and the Wye Valley AONB. Within walking distance is a farm shop, and a little further two award winning pubs. Ross-on-Wye, Symonds Yat and the Black Mountains are a short drive making us an ideal base to explore the wider area.
