Several footpaths are nearby, leading to pubs, gardens, and a hotel with a new spa. Nearby Horsham offers everything to be expected from a pretty English market town. Brighton is 20 minutes by car. Since the property is in rural Sussex, it is best to have a car at one’s disposal. However, short distances to venues such as Leonardslee and South Lodge can easily be reached on foot or by a 5-minute taxi ride.

A self contained, studio apartment with its own private access. The barn is situated in the pretty, lively village of Hurstpierpoint. Tucked away behind the High Street in a quiet spot yet next to a lovely bar and bistro (Morleys) and within a 5 minute walk of several more pubs, shops and restaurants. With easy access to the South Downs national park, Hickstead (3 miles) and Hassocks station (2 miles) for Brighton and London. Gatwick is 20 mins away. The Barn features a luxury shower/wet room, fully equipped kitchen with the basics to make breakfast and a pull down double bed. For families there is a sofa bed that folds down into a 5' double bed. Guests and their dogs are welcome to enjoy the paddocks and small patch of woodland that form part of the property. There are lots of circular country walks including dog friendly pubs and the Bolney wine estate and cafe. Being close to the A23 and A272, gives easy access to Brighton, Hickstead, Gatwick and Nymans gardens.
