The original stable to historic 160 year old Telegraph House has been renovated to a self contained one bedroom guesthouse with new en-suite , living area and well equipped kitchenette with fridge, microwave, cooktop and coffee machine. The living area has a wood burner fireplace, table and chairs, sofa, television, internet (NBN) and French doors opening onto verandah. The property has a secure yard and stall for a horse - $20 per night - and plenty of secure off street parking for a rig.

THE STABLE is a modern granny flat with 1 comfortable queen sized bed, open plan kitchen and lounge room, air conditioning close to Hunter Valley Vineyards with only a 15-20 min CAR RIDE to all main attractions and concert venues. Our flat is semi attached to our main house but has private entrance, we also have a mini dash Wonka that will be more than happy to say hello when he’s out & about. Isobel Cottage is conveniently located in the heart of Denman. The home has a light airy feel in the Summer and exudes warmth and intimacy in the cooler months. Isobel Cottage is a leisurely 2 minute walk to the RSL Club, Memorial Park and Playground. Most town amenities are within a 5 minute walk including local hotels, cafes, convenience stores, and sporting facilities. The home is Air Conditioned throughout and large Bi-fold doors open on to the Al Fresco area. Well behaved dogs welcome.

It is located at the base of the Watagan Mountains, with easy access for bush walking, picnics or 4WDing. Newcastle and beaches are 45 minutes drive away and Port Stephens 1 hour.

The Old School Weather Shed, Gundy

The Old School Weathershed is located in the small and vibrant village of Gundy, 20km east of Scone in the Upper Hunter. Boasting lovely scenery, horse studs, cycling and bushwalking it is a beautiful, tranquil part of NSW with plenty to see and do. The Old School of Gundy was built in the late 1800's and converted to a stunning home in recent times. The Weather Shed is the children's playground shelter, beautifully converted into luxury guest accommodation.

Spacious Modern Studio - Lake Macquarie

This entire property is a NO SMOKING zone. This spacious, modern and well equipped studio suite is conveniently located in the quiet north east corner of Lake Macquarie, just three minutes stroll from the lakeside. The space comprises the entire lower floor of the property, with private entrance and parking accessible from the rear. Internet connection is excellent as we have fibre to the home connected.

Stewart Cottage

Stewart cottage has three en-suite bedrooms, and is set in quiet and peaceful bushland less than two hours drive from Sydney. Stewart is close to many wineries and restaurants, and only five minutes drive from Hunter Valley Gardens and Roche and Hope Estates. The cottage is kept meticulously clean by our long-term housekeeper. We charge per guest, with a minimum of three guests for weekend stays.
