The Old Stables. Detached and full of character

On the Suffolk Essex border surrounded by fields, trees, and plenty of wildlife lies our old late 18th century stable building. Just 5 minutes off the A12 and you are in a different world. We live in the thatched Farm Cottage, the oldest part dating back to the 15th century and the stable is situated at the end of the drive. Excellent location for cycling (on the National Cycle Route 1), or visiting Jimmys Farm just 4.9 miles up the road. Walking is a must or just relax and unwind!

Our 1920's holiday home is in a truly idyllic location with the most amazing view over the Dedham Vale. Gently refurbished it oozes character with stylists props perched, 2 cozy fires, luxe ensuite, Fired Earth shower room, verandah & big garden. alfresco breakfasts or lazy lunches. Fire-pit suppers - while gazzing for miles over the Dedham Vale as the sun sets on the horizon. Then star gaze in the quiet of this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty...it really is idyllic.

Own front door access with parking adjacent. Food for a light self- catering breakfast. A well behaved dog is welcome, by prior arrangement.
