Πρόκειται για μια άνετη εξοχική οικία, που απέχει μόλις 20 μέτρα από τη θάλασσα και βρίσκεται στον επαρχιακό, παραθαλάσσιο δρόμο μεταξύ Λυγιάς και Βράχου. Ξεχωρίζει για την απέραντη θέα της στο Ιόνιο Πέλαγος. Εξ αριστερών διακρίνεις την Λευκάδα, ενώ ακριβώς απέναντι οι Παξοί- Αντίπαξοι. Κυριαρχεί απόλυτη ηρεμία, η οποία ταράσσεται μόνο από τους παφλασμούς των κυμάτων. Free public parking is in within 30 meters from the studio. Also the bus stop to the ionian beached "Palio Ktel" is in 150 meters distance.

It is located between Lygia and Katouna village in a beautiful and peaceful place that offers a great view of the sea.
